I would like to change my lifestyle and incorporate regular exercise programs into my life. I am looking at losing 20lbs over next 9 months to 1 year. I am hoping to shorten the period by reading up on good eating habits and also other ways of increasing metabolism rate.
I am currently working out in the morning and wonder if it would help to do 2 sets of work out – 1 in the morning and 1 during lunch hour.
