One of my goals is to build more muscle and gain weight, but apparently, everyone who does this takes all sorts of vitamin supplements. So, do I have to do this as well, or can I just depend on eating food and working out and leave it like that. I’m on the skinny side, so I’m guessing that alone can work!
No, not necessarily. You can still build muscle without taking supplements. What you need is to constantly check your lifestyle and just try to always be fit and healthy. Have a proper diet and exercise regularly. Do more exercises that can build muscle mass on your arms.
