Okay, I’m in shape, I run, play sports, lift, eat right, and the whole nine yards. I weigh 180 and am 6 foot 2. My body is still a little on the slim side and I’m now trying to fill out and gain more muscle mass. I know supplements or protein powders would help, but I’m trying to do this without them.. I just want to know how to fill out and get bigger without supplements because what I’m doing is not helping. Any advice, work out regiments, or diets?

ok this is pretty simple you want to gain more muscle without using supplements.

first thing any fatty food you eat have to go, only lean meats with vegetables for a few weeks so u can get the proper protein you need to build muscle..

second when using weights you must only train at youre absolute max every day several times a day.

third and foremost the most important when training you must never quit push yourself to your limits every time, and drink ample amounts of water.

do this and youll notice dramatic results in just days
